I need this. I need my friend’s company. I need a change of scenery. Change and novelty can add so much to the overall experience of life. The visit will be an excellent refresher for me as well as an excuse to start re-conning (is that the proper gaming terminology? LOL)

Work is necessary since I am not a child of privilege. I live frugally, but even with a full ride, I still have things to pay for, like rent, food, and the little things necessary to live that all add up. If I am serious about this move, I must ensure I can sustain myself.

It’s disconcerting to move but also exciting. I think I may be one of those people who initially doesn’t like change but warms up to the idea once I force myself into motion. I know I sometimes agree to go out weeks in advance, but I start to get cold feet on the day of

Emotions are weird. One day, you have too many, and another day, you have less. Notice I didn’t say “not enough” because I don’t feel right saying one can have “too many” emotions. Things are good but also a bit up in the air. I’ll talk about why in future videos.
